    Ribbons of cinnamon and brown sugar in every slice.

  • Chocolate Chip , $13

    A little dessert, a lot of sourdough.

  • Jalapeño Cheddar , $15

    Sharp cheddar with a kick that sneaks up on you.

  • Mozzarella Pesto , $15

    Melty mozzarella swirled with basil pesto.

  • Garlic Parmesan , $15

    Roasty garlic and salty parm, best eaten warm.

How it works

  1. Step one

    Orders open Mondays at 10am, and there are only so many spots.

  2. Step two

    Pick your loaves and a pickup day at least 3 days out.

  3. Step three

    Pickup on St. Simons, wrapped in parchment with a pink bow. I'll send you the spot when I confirm your order.

Meet Greer

I'm Greer, a teenage baker on St. Simons Island. What started as feeding a sourdough starter turned into loaves for the whole neighborhood. I bake every one myself, by hand, in our home kitchen. Thank you for being here!

When do orders open?

Orders open every Monday at 10am Eastern, and spots are limited. Leave your email below and I'll send you a heads up before they do.

How far ahead do I order?

I bake to order, so please pick a pickup day at least 3 days out. That gives the dough the slow rise it needs.

Where do I pick up?

Pickup on St. Simons Island. I'll send you the exact pickup spot when I confirm your order.

What about allergens?

Every loaf is baked in one home kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, and tree nuts, so there can be cross-contact. Full ingredients and allergens are on the menu page.

What does "cottage food" mean?

Baked by Greer is a Georgia cottage food operation. Everything is baked in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Georgia Department of Agriculture.

How does the surprise menu work?

Once a month I add a few seasonal bakes on top of the regular menu. They're only around for that month, then they're gone until they come back around!
